After serving more than 20 years in the United States Air Force and retiring as a Chief Master Sergeant, I dedicated my career to developing leaders, solving complex challenges, and serving others. Today, I'm the proud mother of my son, Samuel, whose pursuit of his own dreams continually reminds me why strong mentorship and unwavering support matter.

Now, as the founder of Enlisting in Corporate America™, I help veterans, service members, and military spouses confidently navigate the transition into corporate careers through speaking, coaching, and practical guidance.

 

While caring full-time for my mother, I've gained an even deeper appreciation for service, resilience, and purpose. My mission is simple: to continue serving by helping others discover that their military experience is not just valuable...it's their greatest advantage.
